Mieko’s puppies are all steadily gaining weight and will probably open their eyes shortly. This is the first of many milestones in a puppies development. For a few days after the eyes open the puppies vision is very blurry; this clears up quickly and with their vision now functioning the world becomes larger and the exploring begins. The four puppies have yet to be named and are currently identified by coloured neck bands, Ms. Yellow, Ms. Green, Ms. Red and Mr. Purple. The weight gain chart below is their weight in grams.
